Train pole with any of our Pole Tricks & Choreo classes, hit your stretch & flexibility goals with Stretch/Contortion and build your strength and mobility with our Conditioning classes. We've got you fully covered! Membership also entitles you to priority booking - NO WAITLIST - and discounts in our shoppe!

After a brief "get to know you" and a hot!!! warmup we'll get right down to it. Get ready to shake, pop and roll! You'll learn fundamental twerk techniques, isolations and booty combos that build into a short routine.
Perfect for all levels - no experience needed! Expect to sweat, let loose (literally!) & own your power on the dance floor!

Photo Shoot Add On $500
(minimum 5 guests/subject to availability)
Enjoy a 60 minute photo shoot with a local photogrpher. We'll guide you through poses and each guest will receive up to 4 edited shots plus a group shot.
